Our journey began on an alp in Ticino with goats and in the vineyards of Valais. Eloa and Yanick, united by a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence, met while working in Ascona – Eloa in service, Yanick in the kitchen. This meeting laid the foundation for our shared vision.
