My cooking journey was shaped by my experience in renowned restaurants. I discovered French cuisine in Saas Fee during my apprenticeship and later honed my skills at the Baur au Lac in Zurich, always conscious of my Valais roots. Cooking at Ristorante Stazione in Intragna is the logical realization of our long-cherished Mediterranean dream, which my partner Eloa and I have shared for years.
